When will my order be shipped?
We ship in-stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays.
These dates and times are for in-stock items only. USPS will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Therefore we are unable to guarantee the arrival time. If you need an item to arrive by a certain date then you need to consider overnight or 2 day delivery. Dont forget that it is never too late to send an electronic gift certificate.
What if my items aren't in stock?
We use real-time inventory, which means that you can see if an item is in-stock. In the event that the item isn't available we will inform you by email along with the estimated date for delivery. In-stock items will be processed and shipped out immediately. Any backordered item will be shipped, at no additional shipping cost using USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post, as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.
Do you provide overnight or 2 day delivery?
Yes, you can select additional shipping options such as USPS Priority or USPS Express during checkout.
How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
- Standard Shipping for in-stock items is always FREE. Expected arrival time within 4 -7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail (starts at $10.00) for in-stock items. Expected arrival time within 3-5 business days
- USPS Express (starts at $25.00) for in-stock items. Expected arrival in 1-2 business days.
Do you ship to International locations?
At this time we are only shipping outside the US to Canada and Europe however, ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no returns or exchanges on International Orders unless the wrong size or color was shipped in error.
