If you love lingerie or get geeky over bra fitting and you need a part-time job, you're in luck.  At this time, we are looking for new additions to our Team at a la mode intimates. We are looking to hire friendly and thoughtful customer service representative with an opportunity to become a certified bra fitter at both our Annapolis and Fells Point locations.  Applicants should be mature and professional, as well as being personable and customer-oriented.

  • Sales Associate - Annapolis Boutique - Part Time

    Job Title: Sales Associate

    Job Overview: 

    Our team members are expected to provide the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times. We have a very diverse range of fashionable products that change frequently; you will be expected to learn about all our products and keep up to date on new arrivals in store. Our sales team is responsible for assisting our guests in selecting and purchasing stylish, high quality intimate apparel.  You will also be working within our cloud based point-of-sale system to look up inventory listings, complete sales transactions, interpret customer sales records to recommend relevant products and loyalty rewards. Additional duties include many other aspects of daily operations: such as preparing new products for the sales floor, maintaining the cleanliness of our location. 

    Responsibilities of the position will include: 

    • Engage a variety of customers in a warm friendly way
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff
    • Send and receive phone and email communications clearly and courteously
    • Search inventory database for specific items and stock levels
    • Count and record inventory accurately
    • Ability to read, comprehend and record sales history and customer notes
    • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
    • Consistently deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Meet sales objectives and maintain product knowledge
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Keep shop materials stocked and in order
    • Assist in any area of store operations as needed

    • Must be able to work available to work weekends & holiday shifts.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Retail Sales / Customer Service experience preferred.
    • Luxury retail experience is a plus.  
    • Proactive with general tasks.
    • Comfortable working with/discussing the human body with professionalism and empathy. 
    • An interest in fashion and lingerie.
    • Not required but preferred: intention to become a certified Bra Fit Specialist (training offered, pay increase upon completion of certification).
    • Not required but preferred: able to travel between locations (pay increase offered).

    Job Title: Certified Bra Fitter

    Job Overview: 

    Our team members are expected to provide the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times. We have a very diverse range of fashionable products that change frequently; you will be expected to learn about all our products and keep up to date on new arrivals in store. Our Bra Fitters are responsible for assisting our guests in selecting and purchasing stylish, high quality bras and intimate apparel. Bra fitters will engage with customers directly throughout the fitting process, they are expected to listen and offer recommendations based on both customer feedback and your own knowledge and understanding of the products we offer. You will also be working within our cloud based point-of-sale system to look up inventory listings, complete sales transactions, interpret customer sales records to recommend relevant products and loyalty rewards. Additional duties include many other aspects of daily operations: such as preparing new products for the sales floor, maintaining the cleanliness of our location. 

    Responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Regional Sales Associate

    Job Title: Regional Sales Associate

    Job Overview: 

    Our Regional Sales Associate will be providing all of the same Duties and Responsibilities as our Sales Associates with the additional duties of being available to work at both of our boutique locations during the week and transporting inventory between the locations when needed. Additional compensation will be available as noted below under Hours, Pay & Benefits.

    Our team members are expected to provide the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times. We have a very diverse range of fashionable products that change frequently; you will be expected to learn about all our products and keep up to date on new arrivals in store. Our sales team is responsible for assisting our guests in selecting and purchasing stylish, high quality intimate apparel.  You will also be working within our cloud based point-of-sale system to look up inventory listings, complete sales transactions, interpret customer sales records to recommend relevant products and loyalty rewards. Additional duties include many other aspects of daily operations: such as preparing new products for the sales floor, maintaining the cleanliness of our location. 

    Responsibilities of the position will include: 

    • Working at Fells Point two days: Sundays and Mondays and at the Annapolis Boutique three other days that week. TBD
    • Transporting inventory and supplies as needed between the two store locations.
