Return Policy

     
  • How do I return an item?

    If you need to return an eligible item, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached in original condition, within 30 days of purchase for either a merchandise EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.  Please note,  we do not offer refunds.  The following conditions apply:

    • Due to health and safety concerns some items may not be eligible for return such as panties, pantyhose, or any other product that has a gusset or contact with the crotch area. 
    • Please include a copy of the original receipt and packing slip.
    • Items must be packaged to protect their shape similar in the manner to which they were received.
    • We suggest insured mail to protect you since you are responsible for the item until it is received back.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and are the sender's responsibility.

    Note: If free shipping was utilized, then $7 will be deducted from your amount to cover original shipping and handling costs.

  • If I want to exchange the item, will I receive free shipping?

    If you received free shipping on your original purchase you will not be entitled to free shipping on an exchange. You will be charged the standard USPS postal rate.

  • What if my order is wrong or the merchandise is defective?

    à la mode Intimates strives for quality service, and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the event that a mistake is made or the merchandise is defective, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the standard cost of returning the item(s) to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise. Defects must be identified within 14 days and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed.

  • Are there limitations to your return policy?
    • Any of our adhesive or fashion solutions products (which include NuBra, Bra Disks and Breast Petals) are not returnable.
    • Hosiery and support items such as SPANX and Body Wrap are not returnable.
    • Any item that is On Sale or Clearance is considered a final sale and not returnable.
    • For obvious reasons, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned.
  • Is Swimwear Returnable?

    Yes, our Swimwear is packaged with a protective hygiene strip, which allows you to safely try on the garment over your own panties. Swimwear must be returned within 14 days for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. Swimwear must not have been worn or washed, and must have original price tags attached.

  • What else do I need to know?
    • When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
    • Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS OR PACKAGING until you are sure you want to keep your purchase and that it fits properly.
    • Any item that does appear worn or smells of smoke can not be returned, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
    • To receive Store Credit we must receive the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
